Monkey Movers is

Here are some of the values that you can expect when you move.
1. Punctuality: We set small windows of time in
which you can expect the movers to arrive. We are unable to give exact
arrival times because we need to account for unexpected traffic, a possible
wrong turn or how long a prior move might take to complete before we can arrive
to your location. It is always a good idea to get an arrival time first
thing in the morning to minimize the window of time you can expect the crew to
arrive. When you schedule a team it is always best to lock in that team
well in advance to ensure they will be available on the date and time you need
them. We suggest booking two weeks in advance to allow us to give you the
time and date you need.
2. Communication: Our standard policy is to call 30
minutes before the team’s arrival to let you know the specific time you can
expect the team to be on site. We found that this helps our client’s
better plan for their day and be ready for the movers when they arrive.
3. Safety: The safety of your belongings is our
utmost concern. It is our goal to treat all your items with the utmost
care. The best way for this to be accomplished is with an ample supply of
blankets and ratchet straps. Depending on the furniture or boxes you are
moving we typically suggest 12 blankets and 2 ratchet straps for every 5 feet
of truck. Covering all of the furniture with the appropriate moving
blankets and strapping the items on the truck with nylon ratchet straps is the
best way to prevent damage while the truck is in transport.
4. Courtesy: Being kind, polite, and
respectful are just some of the ways we strive to show every person the respect
we believe they inherently deserve. We understand moving is very
stressful and we consider it part of our job to make your move as stress free
5. Efficiency: This does not only refer to the
amount of time it takes to pack, load or unload your household items, although
that is definitely part of it. This also referrers to how the movers
utilize the space in a truck. Sometimes that looks like stacking the
truck from top to bottom, side to side, and front to back. In other cases
it might looks like only stacking items 4 to 6 feet high to best ensure the
safety of those items be transported. Whatever the situation we will
balance the capacity of the truck with the safety of the items being loaded.
6. Flexibility: We understand that you are not always
in complete control of your expected move date. There are many
uncertainties that can cause a move to be rescheduled from escrows not closing
on time to unexpected family emergencies. If you do need to reschedule
your move to a different date we will happily apply your deposit to another one
of our available time slots on our calendar. We will just need 24 hours
notice so that we can accommodate those changes.
7. Integrity: This is reflected in our simple
flat rate pricing. If you have any questions whatsoever about your
